By purchasing services from Kelly Deily Coaching LLC (the “Coach”), you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

The Coach will provide career coaching services that will take place online via Zoom at mutually agreed upon dates and times.

2. Fees and Payment

• Payment is due in full before services begin.
• Payment is processed securely online through QuickBooks.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. I’ll do my best to accommodate changes when possible. 
• Multiple last-minute cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
• If you miss a session without prior notice (“no-show”), the session will be considered forfeited, and a refund will not be issued. 
• In the case of an emergency, a one-time exception for a refund or reschedule may be granted at the coach’s discretion.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential, except as required by law or with the Client’s written consent.

5. No Guarantees

Coaching is a collaborative process, but the Client understands that outcomes are not guaranteed. The Client is responsible for decisions and actions taken as a result of coaching.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coach’s liability for any claims shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Client.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing coaching services, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, including the no-refund policy for no-shows and the limited refund exception for emergencies.
